| Job Information | Serve as an Associate Pastor under the leadership of the Senior Pastor. Work with the Youth ministry directly and coordinate the Children’s ministry. Must be passionate about serving the Lord Jesus through the local church. Must have a desire to see young people come to a saving faith in Christ. REQUIREMENTS: Must be doctrinally sound and lead the Youth and Children into a Biblical foundation for life. Rentz Baptist Church adheres to the BF&M 2000, but we are not Calvinistic in our core beliefs. Must be able to work without constant supervision, and must be able to work well with the Senior Pastor and church committees. All applicants should send a basic doctrinal statement.
